The shipment time is 15 to 25 business days, the shipment time may change according to various circumstances that are beyond the control of WrLens, and the customers of WrLens are required to check the status of their shipment/s by using the tracking number/s at the local mail tracking system of thier country. Delivery times in Brazil,Argentina,Italy,China, may vary if the lenses have numbers or does not have numbers. If the lenses have numbers and they are not found in the manufacturer's storage, the lenses will have to be manufactured by the manufacturer/s. The manufacturing time according to the manufacturers is 17 business days. If the lenses have numbers but they are found in the manufacturer's storage there will be no need to manufacture them and we will get them within 7 to 10 business days in Brazil,Argentina,Italy,China. Therefore delivery times in Brazil,Argentina,Italy,,China may be shipping time + 7 to 18 business days if the lenses have no number and they are found in the manufacturer's storage, OR shipping time + 18 business days if the lenses have numbers and they are not found in the manufacturer's storage in Brazi,Argentina,Italy. If the lenses have no numbers and they are found in the manufacturer's storage, then in the best case scenario, order processing may be shorter than 7 to 18 business days, but we can not guarantee it for sure so please consider 7 to 18 business days in Brazil,Argentina,Italy,China, as the default order processing time. Delivery time in other countries (not Brazil,Argentina,Italy,China) may vary from shipping time + 7 to 18 business days of order processing to shorter delivery times , but we can not guarantee shorter times for sure. Please note that one or more shipping option may not be available for all regions. At WrLens.com we guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order (with or without prescription). Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile vials. If at least one sterile vial in the shipment has been opened we will not be able to grant a return due to our insurance policy. At WrLens.com we try to guarantee that all contact lenses will be delivered free of any manufacturer defects and will be packaged and sealed in the manufacturer's sterile vials. However if a defect will be found in any of our products please refer to our Conditions of Use page. If no sterile vial in the shipment has been opened a return will be granted. The manufacturer's lenses from all types may vary in opacity and WrLens.com can not guarantee that the opacity of the lenses will not change in time or between the manufacturers' manufacturing cycles or lot numbers. Lenses can be returned only within 60 days after the date of purchase of the specific lenses. In any case in which you will decide to return product/s back to WrLens.com's address, you will have to pay for the cost of the shipment/s of the product/s back to the address of WrLens.com and WrLens.com will not refund you for the payment of this shipment. Note also, that WrLens.com will not refund you for the payment of the inital shipment of the product/s to you, but only for the cost of the product/s and only if a return will be granted to you as described above. In any case product/s will be returned to WrLens.com in their original package as described at Conditions of Use page. Any product should be returned by using a REGULAR air mail and not by any form of express mail service e.g. FEDEX, DHL, UPS, UMS etc..., WrLens.com will not pay any taxes and/or costs as a result of the use of any form of express mail service and will not be accounted responsible for any cost and/or outcome as result of the use of any form of express mail service.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If the shipping address that the customer of WrLens.com will write at WrLens.com's order page/s is not correct in any way, and the shipment will be sent to this address and will not reach its destination, WrLens.com will not be accounted responsible for any cost due to the incorrect address and will not have to pay for a second shipment unless the customer will pay for the second shipment, in case the shipment has returned to WrLens's address. If the shipment will not be returned to wrLens.com's address, WrLens.com will also not have to pay for the value of the products in the shipment and/or for a second shipment unless the customer will pay for the products and a second shipment. BEFORE any order will be shipped it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address in the order details is correct, and if it is not correct, the customer will change it or request WrLens.com's customer support to change it BEFORE WrLens.com will ship the order. WrLens.com will not be accounted responsible for any incorrect address due to any reason, since WrLens.com NEVER change a shipping address unless specifically requested to do so by its customers. The customer will be accounted responsible for any cost that will be caused due to incorrect shipping address , either the cost will involve the value of the product/s and/or the value of the shipment/s.
If an order cancellation has been requested by a customer AFTER it has been shipped, WrLens.com will not be able to cancel the order. Once orders ship they are out of the control of WrLens.com and WrLens.com will not be able to cancel the order and stop the shipment. In this case, the Cancelled order will be shipped to the customer's shipping address as an ordinary order.
