Delivery times

Delivery times are composed from the time that the manufacturer needs to produce the lens/es OR order processing time + the shipment time. Delivery times may change due to circumstances that does not depend on WrLens. Delivery times in Brazil may vary if the lenses have numbers or does not have numbers. If the lenses have numbers and they are not found in Solotica's storage, the lenses will have to be manufactured by Solotica. The manufacturing time according to Solotica is 17 business days. If the lenses have numbers but they are found in Solotica's storage there will be no need to manufacture them and we will get them within 7 to 10 business days in Brazil. Therefore delivery times in Brazil may be shipping time + 7 to 10 business days if the lenses have no number and they are found in Solotica's storage, OR shipping time + 17 business days if the lenses have numbers and they are not found in Solotica's storage in Brazil. If the lenses have no numbers and they are found in Solotica's storage, then in the best case scenario, order processing may be shorter than 7 to 10 business days, but we can not guarantee it for sure so please consider 7 to 10 business days in Brazil as the default order processing time. Delivery time in other countries (not Brazil) may vary from shipping time + 7 to 10 business days of order processing to shorter delivery times , but we can not guarantee shorter times for sure. Please note that one or more shipping option may not be available for all regions.

Shipping Cost

Shipping Cost will be calculated during the check out process according to the selection of the shipping option. The total Shipping Cost will be presented in the last step of the check out process.

International Shipments

WrLens.com ship orders world wide. To avoid unexpected customs fees or duties, check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies. WrLens.com is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department.

Returns

At WrLens.com we guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order (with or without prescription). Each lens will arrive sealed in manufacturer's sterile vials. If at least one sterile vial in the shipment has been opened we will not be able to grant a return due to our insurance policy. At WrLens.com we guarantee that all contact lenses will be delivered free of any manufacturer defects and will be packaged and sealed in manufacturer's sterile vials. If no sterile vial in the shipment has been opened a return will be granted. Solotica's lenses from all types may vary in opactiy and WrLens.com can not guarantee that the opacity of the lenses will not change in time or between Solotica's manufacturing cycles or lot numbers. Please notice that the return address is found in the "Contact Us" page.

Order Cancellation

If an order cancellation has been requested by a customer AFTER it has been shipped, WrLens.com will not be able to cancel the order. Once orders ship they are out of the control of WrLens.com and WrLens.com will not be able to cancel the order and stop the shipment. In this case, the Cancelled order will be shipped to the customer's shipping address as an ordinary order.
