PayPal will process the payment on behalf of WrLens.com. You may also be able to make purchases directly through WrLens.com by entering your credit card information at WrLens.com. Refunds

Should a refund be issued, all refunds will be credited to the credit card, debit card, or checking account used in the original transaction solely. Refunds will not be issued by cash, check, or to another credit card. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to appear on the account. If a refund will be issued due to order cancellation , any cancellation fee charged by an online transaction service (e.g. PayPal) that will be used to make this refund, will be paid by the customer who requested the order cancellation. Since delivery times may change due to circumstances that does not depend on WrLens, no refund will be issued due to any delay in the delivery times. In case the actual shipment time will be longer than what is described at the WrLens.com shipping options page , no refund and\or any kind of other payment will be payed as a compensation to any customer by WrLens.com. Any customer of WrLens.com should take into account that there may be delays in shipping times to any place in the world , and that this may happen with the use of ANY shipping option , express, regular , or any other shipping option.

Chargebacks

If you request a cancellation or a refund from your bank or card issuer due to unauthorized or fraudulent use, WrLens.com can at its discretion prevent further unauthorized use, by blocking your card from use at WrLens.com. The occurrence of a changeback will result in immediate termination of any WrLens.com's membership and/or account of any type, if such account and/or membership existed. If a refund will be issued due to a chargeback , any cancellation fee charged by an online transaction service (e.g. PayPal) that will be used to make this refund, will be paid by the customer who requested the order cancellation.

Fraud warning

Payment for the services provided to you at and/or through WrLens.com may be made by automatic credit card or debit card debit and you hereby authorize WrLens.com to transact such payments on your behalf. You agree not to report as lost or stolen any credit card which you have used in conjunction with payment to WrLens.com, or as unauthorized any charge by WrLens.com, for any goods or services, including subscription, for which you do not have good reason to believe is, in fact, lost, stolen or unauthorized. You hereby agree that any such fraudulent reporting of a lost or stolen credit card used to obtain goods or services from WrLens.com, or any fraudulent reporting of an unauthorized charge to WrLens.com on your credit card which has been made by you or anyone under your authority, at a time when a charge or other obligation for payment for goods and/or services to WrLens.com remains outstanding at the time of such fraudulent reporting, you shall be liable to WrLens.com for liquidated damages of $25,000.00. The liability for liquidated damages specified in this Paragraph shall not limit any other liability you may have for breach(es) of any other terms, conditions, promises and warranties set forth in this Agreement.

Transfer of memberships

Memberships are non-transferable. You may not release your username and password to any other person. Membership information is strictly confidential. If such unauthorized transfer occurs, WrLens.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate this Agreement.

A replacement contact lens is a contact lens that you are already wearing successfully and has been prescribed to you by a licensed eye care professional. WrLens.com can only provide you with replacement lenses and suggest that you consult with your eye care professional on a regular basis. Contact lenses come in different sizes and must be fit to your eye by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. As a replacement center, WrLens.com cannot sell you contact lenses that you are not already successfully wearing. You will need to consult your eye doctor and get a new prescription before changing your brand. Your prescription should contain the following information: OS: Left Eye, OD: Right Eye, OU: Both Eyes, ,Brand: Manufacturer & Series of lens, Power/Sphere: Strength of lenses - a number between –20.00 and +20.00, ,BC: Base Curve (back curvature of lens) -a number between 8.0 and 10.0, DIA: Diameter (diameter of lens) - a number between 13.0 and 15.0, Toric and custom lenses have additional measurements that may include AXIS and Cylinder. Cylinder: Correction for Astigmatic patients (toric lenses only),(a number between -4.00 and +4.00), Axis: Correction for Astigmatic patients (toric lenses only) - a number between 0 and 180. If you have any questions regarding your prescription or need to clarify the information contained within, please contact your eye care professional. WrLens.com cannot and will not provide advice about your prescription, corrective requirements, or which lenses are best for you.

Reselling Products Prohibited
